AMF Panels

We bring forth AMF Panel which is also called Auto Mains Failure Panel. AMF Panels are widely used to automatically change over from mains electricity supply to the genset in case of failure of main supply. AMF Panels automatically change back, thereby stopping the generator as the main supply is restored. Additionally, these AMF Panels have pole contractors or MCBs which are mechanical or electrical in nature. AMF Panels can be installed in the walls as well as free standing cabinet.

     About AMF Panels :

  • The panel is integrated with a circuit, constituted so as to send a start signal to the generator in case of failure of the mains supply
  • It is provided with a phase sequence relay that ensures that the generator supply has the accurate phase rotation
  • Connection could be either hard wired or by means of single pole or multi-pin connectors These AMF Panels changes source current only after a preset time delay providing sufficient time to the generator to start prior to taking the load
  • AMF panels can be relay operated or PLC operated
  • Is packed with elective features such as auto start, auto changeover, no break and change over
  • The panel is also equipped with a manual over-ride control

DG Synchronizing Panel

DG synchronization panels control functions like auto starting of DGs, auto load sharing of multiple DGs and load managing. These operations are done by PLC or any other intelligent microprocessor based relays. These are instrumentation based panels; auto synchronization and load sharing functions are done as per specific requirements of the customers.

Power Distribution Control Panels

The distribution panel divides an electrical power feed into subsidiary circuits and simultaneously provides a protective fuse or circuit breaker for each circuit. The board has a common enclosure and we fabricate distribution panels of different capacities for use in a variety of industrial, manufacturing and process control applications, across diverse industries.

PCC Control panel

PCC  panels are made up of 14/16 SWG CRCA material semi bolted structure firmly supported. Ensures desired breaking capacities, temperature rise & IP protection. Enough Space for incoming & outgoing Cable termination. Outgoing terminals are stud type as standard practice. All starters are Type Two Co-ordinated. CT terminals, Cable Alley Illumination Lamp, Space Heaters with Thermostats are standard features of our Panel boards.
